Project Exchange was incorporated in Nigeria on the 31st of March as a fully owned subsidiary of Project Exchange FMS, UK, a specialized Infrastructure and facility management consultancy firm with head office in London, England. The company commenced business on the 30th of June as an exclusive consultancy service company for the Central Bank of Nigeria, on the bank’s re-engineering project codenamed “Project Eagles” and was responsible for the design and supervision of an integrated building management system (IBMS) at Central Bank, New-Head office complex located in Abuja.
