We focus on small and medium sized private equity fund and niche transactions in the secondary market as an intermediary or consultant (below EUR 100 million in deal size). We give attention to smaller or more complex transactions. Our objective is always to maximize the seller’s value. Closed 40 transactions over a 10-year period. We implement all types of secondary transactions; however, we have a keen eye to fund of funds transactions, restructuring of small and medium sized PE funds and single line deals. No matter what transaction, our focus will always be on maximizing the seller’s value.
