Project K9

At Project K9, we help families in Southern Utah enjoy calmer, more reliable dogs through proven training programs. Based in Hurricane, we work with families in St. George, Washington, Cedar City, and the surrounding areas. Our most popular service is our Board & Train program, where dogs stay in a structured, home-based environment focused on learning manners, leash walking, recall, and calm behavior. We also offer private training for families who prefer hands-on guidance at home. Project K9 is intentionally small, taking only a limited number of dogs each day to ensure every dog receives individualized attention, enrichment, and consistent training. Owner and trainer Heather combines years of experience with a family-centered approach — helping parents, kids, and dogs all live more harmoniously together. Whether you’re preparing for life with a new baby, struggling with daily walks, or just want a calmer home, Project K9 offers real-world results that last. We’re also proud to partner with veterinarians, rescues, shelters, groomers, and pet suppliers across Southern Utah to provide families with trusted resources and care.
