Project Lucid

We are Project Lucid, a new student-run initiative at Penn with the mission of promoting clear and powerful scientific communication. Effective science communication is crucial for making broader societal impacts. However, even at the graduate level, programs in STEM lack formal training in communication. To address this issue, we will be hosting a research proposal competition, The Lucid Science Challenge, that uses the grant application and review process as a new platform for undergraduate students to adapt to a different audience.
