Project Proactive

We started as a humble Instagram account called @project_proactive, originally created to help normalize the conversation of mental health, raise the visibility of resources, and empower others to take their own initiatives to break stigmas and effect change. Since then, Project Proactive has grown to be so much more! Besides for officially becoming a 501c3, we have become the hub of all things "Jewish mental health"(although you don't have to be Jewish to benefit from our steadily growing resources). Our goal is to make it easy for you to find the supports you are looking for, by bringing together and unifying all the incredible organizations, advocates, mental health professionals and resources, while also supporting the development of new resources if needed. We would MUCH rather identify what's out there already than re-invent the wheel.
