Mission Statement Our mission is to ensure any adult or family in Waterloo Wellington has access to essential skills training and support services. We develop, in collaboration with the local Literacy & Basic Skills (LBS) agencies, training solutions to meet the literacy needs of our citizens. Members of our network include literacy agencies, English as a second language programs, libraries, employment training organizations, and other concerned individuals and groups. Project READ provides many services to the public and to our network members.
