Project Unity

Project UNITY is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization shaping the next generation of healthcare leaders through education, innovation, and collaboration. We equip students with an interdisciplinary foundation in public health, medicine, and digital health, empowering them to design, build, and scale ideas that advance health equity and systems change. Our two flagship programs include: Catalyst Academy: An 8-week national program introducing scholars to the intersection of public health, medicine, and digital health. Through interactive lectures, mentorship, and a capstone research publication, students gain the skills and mindset to turn insight into impact. Youth Public Health Innovation Coalition (Y-PHIC): An incubator and accelerator for student-driven nonprofits focused on health and social impact. By providing mentorship, community, and strategic support, Y-PHIC helps young founders build sustainable initiatives that create measurable change. Since 2020, Project UNITY has united ambitious students, educators, and healthcare professionals in a shared mission to transform how the next generation learns, collaborates, and leads in health.
