Project Writeon

Project WriteOn seeks to create a community of writers from varying backgrounds. Our purpose is to employ writing as a medium of self and group healing. Our organization hopes to promote writing in various forms outside of academic uses through individual and group activities geared towards populations at the VA Hospital, C.S. Mott Children's Hospital, Nursing Homes, elementary schools, other student organizations etc. We are driven by the idea that writing is not an innate skill, but rather an art and practice that simultaneously stimulates our minds and enhances our communication skills.
