Project180 provides services in the following areas:*Personal and group health and fitness/exercise programs. Project180’s exercise physiologists use extensive knowledge, skills and experience in clinical exercise delivery and health behaviour modification to help you achieve your health and exercise goals. We provide services for individuals or groups.* Employee / corporate health and wellbeing programs to companies designed to improve the general health and wellbeing of employees and achieve organisational goals such as promoting productivity and reducing absenteeism. Our services can be one-offs or run as part of a calendar of health promotions.* Workplace rehabilitation programs (Contracting to Rehabilitation Providers) to assist injured workers return to work and restore their physical capacity. We are contract rehabilitation consultants (accredited with Workcover NSW, Comcare, Motor Accidents Authority).
