Project Assist is Software as a service( Saas). It is geared towards project managers of large scale construction projects, from ground-up building to full remodels. It allows project managers to remotely manage construction projects and keep them on schedule, expanding the ability to take on more projects at once. It connects tradespeople and management on a daily basis and creates real accountability. Daily reports including progress photos are sent from every trade on-site to the project manager, allowing the manager to have all information regarding work progress in one spot. It basically is enforced daily task management, as the daily reports are required of all trades. Messaging capability allows all project communication to be in one spot, an invaluable organizational tool.
