Pursuit – Development of a strategy, pipeline and template tender / proposal documents to support future tenders. Tenders – Development of tender or proposal documents and negotiation (pre-award support). Transition – Support Contractors or consultants in the key milestones of programs or projects (e.g. start-up, change of Phase, completion).
