Prolifico is an alternative Real Estate & Private Equity investment management firm in Brazil. The company acquires undervalued, medium-sized real estate assets that do not invite heavy competition from large capital sources, typically in up-and-coming areas of major Brazilian cities. The managers target investments with 20%+ projected yields on total cost, and IRRs of at least 25% over periods of 3 to 6 years. Prolifico looks to create value through development and operation of “niche” operating businesses that are resilient in all macroeconomic business environments. Added protection for invested funds is provided through a strong underlying asset appreciation expected as Brazilian cities mature. Prolifico has entered into joint ventures with international experienced professionals to form Self Storage, Student Housing, Senior Living and Data Centre operating businesses.
