Responsibilities • Signing on new clients and helping them through the onboarding process. • Help customers open and manage their bank accounts and finances. • Reach out to prospective customers to sell our services. • Advice customers on bank services for their needs ( e.g. loans and credit cards ). • Identifying and talking to prospective customers about products and services the best Skills and Qualifications • Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills • Excellent problem solving • High levels of initiative, self motivation and time management • Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms ( via telephone, emails ) • Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship building experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies
