All under one roof In the form of custom consultations and group information sessions, our integration support services for new immigrants are free of charge. PROMIS welcomes women ages 18 and older as part of our lodging service. Multilingual services In addition to the two official languages, French and English, our advisors are able to serve new immigrants in: Arabic, Creole, Croatian, Bosnian, Spanish, Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, and Serbian.
