As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I approach every Real Estate transaction as a “mini-project” from Start (Initiating) to Finnish (Close), and everything else in-between including the RISK Analysis and Communication. My focus in every Real Estate Transaction is the achievement of a win-win goal. I have been around the blocks a few times in other careers and profession, and I know that it is possible to achieve a WIN-WIN Outcome in every Real Estate Transaction. I do enjoy making money through real estate investing, but the most fulfilling experience is helping buyers settle into their newly purchased homes, especially for those “First-Time Home Owners.” My Wife and Three Children help me stay focused in every transaction when we reflect on our Family’s journey toward home ownership.
