Promises Kept’s mission is to redevelop and preserve Baltimore’s current commercial and housing stock to produce suitable housing for low to moderate income families and commercial spaces for struggling small businesses. Core Programs ASAM 3.1 Community Housing A low-intensity residential recovery program providing 24/7 support in a structured, home-like environment. Residents receive individualized recovery planning, life-skills coaching, and linkage to healthcare and community resources. • Population Served: Adults with at least 6 months of sobriety (case-by-case assessment) • Setting: Residential home environments promoting structure and stability • Support Availability: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week • Referral Sources: Treatment centers, outpatient programs, justice system, and community referrals Outpatient Treatment A flexible, person-centered program offering individual, group, and family therapy focused on recovery, resilience, and wellness. Sessions emphasize emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and integration with medical and social-service supports. • Services: Individual & Family Counseling, Group Therapy and Peer Support, Education on Wellness, Recovery & Resiliency, Crisis Support, and Resource Linkages • Access: Offered in-person, in community settings, and via secure virtual platforms • Scheduling: Daytime and evening appointments available
