Promising Projects has two core competencies: event design and live music program design. EVENT DESIGN Event design involves consulting with organizations (both for-profit and non-profit) wanting to launch events that leverage live entertainment to drive ticket sales and fundraising. The concept of event design can include but not necessarily be limited to, conceptualization and strategy, talent buying and negotiating, facility selection and utilization, structuring a sponsorship deck, organizing programming, ticketing strategies and turn-key concert production. We offer fractional services as needed or can accommodate more comprehensive approaches. Every project is met with a custom proposal depending on the needs of the organizer. LIVE MUSIC PROGRAM DESIGN Live music program design is suitable for venues looking to leverage live music to accent their business and showcase more of who they are, but don't want the headache of managing or overseeing it. Our services include strategy consulting, implementation and execution. We design and curate live music programs by providing a turn-key service to handle talent buying, budgeting, contracting, advancing shows and problem-solving.
