Promont Wellness is a premier, outpatient treatment center offering PHP and IOP treatment options for both primary mental health and substance use disorder. Promont strongly believes that everyone deserves the help they may need, so let’s remove all possible barriers and start working toward healing. At Promont Wellness, we offer the continuum of outpatient care; PHP, IOP and OP, with individualized treatment options such as a focus on trauma, TMS treatment for Major Depressive Disorder, relapse prevention and life skills. It is crucial to treat each person as an individual, developing treatment plans that focus on the needs of the client, recognizing that these needs may change throughout the process. Addiction and mental health impacts every aspect of one’s life including friends and family, so it is equally as important to include one’s support network in the treatment process. We are here to provide and help build a strong foundation so that when a client completes treatment and leaves Promont, they feel comfortable standing on that foundation while continuing to learn and grow.
