With six seasons in La Liga for Celta Vigo and Deportivo Alavés, three seasons in Ligue 1 with Le Mans, and two Danish Championships plus a Danish Cup title with Brøndby IF, Dan’s playing career is legendary. His iconic winning goal at Anfield for Brøndby in the 1995 UEFA Cup remains a career highlight. As a UEFA Pro License holder and former Head of Coach Education at the Norwegian Football Federation (NFF), Dan contributes extensive coaching and leadership expertise, providing significant value to the players and coaches represented by the agency. Co-owner and FIFA Licensed Agent Eskil Olsen Hemmingby complements Dan’s background with extensive industry experience. Before co-founding ProMotion, Eskil worked as a player agent and later served at the Norwegian Football Federation (NFF), where he specialized in transfers, contracts, and advisory services for clubs, players, parents, and agents. His in-depth knowledge of FIFA’s transfer and agent regulations ensures that every international career move is managed with full compliance and strategic precision. Eskil also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a UEFA B License as a goalkeeper coach.
