We have developed a new and unique way of assessing people’s current motivation, knowledge and ability in using generative AI. Our clients can use this insight to provide detailed feedback to individuals about how to improve with a large library of development actions. Our platform provides group-level reporting so organisations can see a heatmap of Generative AI skillsets across regions and departments to plan for focused large-scale interventions. Our team of consultants and advisors includes academics working in the field of Generative AI, Chartered Occupational Psychologists and experts with a deep understanding of the employability and skills landscape and how Generative AI is set to affect it.
