It shows an approximately 85 % automation rate in the complete process from credit application, to credit decision and repayment. Dunning and debt collection are completely outsourced. The CreditEngine will offer digital lead generation and cross-selling processes, AI driven rating processes, 100 % digital credit decision in 3 minutes, process automation at the highest level and largest customer interaction plus satisfaction through self-service as an innovation to attack an endless market. Until now, intermediates generate 65 % of ProNoblis leads – the best increase of indirect sales support will be the technical access for all agents, to the „Digital CreditEngine.
