Our Mission is to produce the best technological and educational products & services to support and empower organic and local producers to ensure the best quality and experience for all stakeholders. Our Vision is that Proof Cafe, based in Malta, provides innovative secure provenance technologies and disruptive processes that are being designed, developed and delivered to empower people and producers in organic and healthy consumables. We are developing several different product ideas and designs to support our purposes and being mindful current and future global changes where the need to prove “trusted quality” and “trusted locality” of organic and other consumables is now paramount. We are also supporting our products through learning and other resources that can empower others and help produce positive and healthy change.
