PropCo US is a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm leading the industry's adoption of the opco-propco investment model, a hybrid structure that is reshaping real estate investing. The model pairs a larger investment in a company that owns real property, a "propco", with a smaller investment in a company that operates an affiliated business, an "opco".
