PROPEL specializes in guiding engineers and higher technical educated people in their careers through coaching, career guidance, outplacement and a series of unique workshops and training courses. Our support puts the engineer in his power, sharpens his communication and coaching skills, makes him more contextually sensitive, stimulates his self-organisation and helps reduce stress. We work individually and with teams. With our welfare trajectory we map out the needs of the organisation and work out a plan of approach from there. As we ourselves have an engineering background and years of experience in business, our approach has two feet on the ground and we know how to be a sounding board, mirror and challenger for the engineer in the field of personal functioning.
