We started PropeliQ with a simple goal: that we could use big data to make recruiting a meaningfully more targeted and personalized process. We accomplish this by collecting and analyzing vast amounts of public data across the social web. We learn everything we can about people and how they are connected. We then use this data to match passive candidates with firms in a manner which is highly-targeted, personalized, and focused on forwarding the career of the candidate. Since our founding in 2014, we are thrilled with the progress we've made. We've met some of the most ambitious recruiting teams at the fastest growing technology companies, and helped them scale their employee base even faster.
