Property Due Diligence (PDD) is a new joint venture company formed by International Property Group (IPG) and Napier & Blakeley (N&B), two of Australia’s leading independent strategic property consultancy companies, with differing strengths and services who, when combined, provide clients with a single point of access to property and development consultancy services second to none in the market place. IPG were formed in 1991 and N&B in 1985 and between them have analysed billions of dollars worth of property assets for institutional investors, sovereign funds, superannuation funds, corporate owners and occupiers, governments, financial institutions and development groups. The name of the newly formed Property Due Diligence speaks for itself; however what we offer will provide clients with all the necessary advice and insight into making an informed and commercial decision regarding acquisitions, asset performance targets and associated strategies.
