PROPERTY DYNAMICS, LLC is a newly-formed private entity that was organized for the express purpose of investing in and/or developing raw land and fully entitled developed residential, commercial and industrial land, or discounted and distressed properties in selected real estate markets primarily in Salt Lake, Utah and surrounding areas. Our objective is to generate enhanced returns on our investments and generate distributions which we can distribute to our investors. We do not have corporate officers or directors, and are managed by our Manager, PROPERTY DYNAMICS MANAGEMENT, LLC, who has been delegated to make all decisions concerning our operations, including purchases, development and sales and other activities.
