Property IS Consulting provides a variety of property focused services based on more than 20 years within the London, UK and European property markets. We support the public, private and third sectors. The experience of our managing director, Ines Stanley, ranges from organisational design and change management to workplace strategies, relocations, project management and facilities management. She has worked with a number of UK and European based firms implementing several relocation, change management and cost reduction projects for a wide range of industries with the main focus on service and quality improvement, staff recruitment and retention as well as cost optmisation.
