Property Sales Services is a full portfolio provider of solutions to the housing industry, We work with investors, funds, landowners, developers, housebuilders and Registered Providers to deal with their housing needs, whether that's in acquiring investment opportunities, assistance in delivering them, placing S106 allocations with RPs through to long term portfolio lettings and management. We work right across the country on projects ranging from just a dozen units, to large-scale placemaking schemes of over units. Due to recent recruitment, we currently have some additional capacity within our property lettings and management arm and would like to hear from investors/landlords with property portfolios to be managed.
