In September 2020 we launched 'Hazard Checker' for all stakeholders to use as an aide to discussing the Hazards that exist at a property that are likely to be picked up by Searches. In 2022 we launched our concierge service for conveyancers along with a funds to collect solution to help further reduce administrative burdens. We also continue to offer reporting direct to home buyers and sellers so that they can be armed with as much up front information at the start of a transaction as possible.
