Property Sentinels, Inc. has allied with numerous professional people, small companies, and highly skilled individuals, in order to provide our services to the many companies that are finding their resources stretched while trying to preserve their growing list of vacant properties. Our goal is to assist these companies in this endeavor and to also serve our communities in preserving their neighborhoods, and maybe, in some small way, having a part in turning the economy around to more profitability Our alliances include carpenters, builders, plumbers, electricians, painters, and highly skilled handypersons. Their skills and knowledge will be used to properly repair and maintain any property to a sellable condition and to maintain rigid compliance to city codes and HUD regulations.
