Prophab Property Services

In 2009 a group of property experts were assembled by the mayor’s executive office to address dysfunctional buildings in the Johannesburg inner-city. The late Ian Fife (Property editor of the Financial Mail), Newport Real Estate (Pty) Ltd and the Centre for Applied Legal Studies (CALS) were some of the key participants in a series of meetings that lead to the “Bad Buildings” project being implemented. Through the learnings derived from this project, PropHab Property Services was born. We know that life and business is not about eliminating risk but managing it. We expect the ups and downs that come with managing properties and believe that it is our responsibility to carry that burden for our clients. Our objective is to serve our clients needs through an honest approach to business and implementing comprehensive proven business practice and service.
