Web based Vacancies Advertising System. PropLogic Offers a self administrated web based Vacancies Advertising System. This system is available as free standing or linked to your existing website. The system has 2 modules: 1. Vacancies Advertising Module and, 2. Buildings Management Module. Vacancies Advertising Module The vacancy advertising web page displays all relevant information regarding the building and vacant pocket that is needed by Asset or Property managers to be able to let out vacant space. Additional information are available like photo’s of the building, locality maps, Google earth locators as well as a complete floor plan, showing the whole floor layout and a zoomed in detailed plan of the vacant pocket with dimensions. An interactive online Offer to Lease is also available in the event that the client wants to submit the offer online. The system has also got an additional module that enables you to host documents in an archive in any format needed. Buildings Management Module The system however needs a Management module to manage all activities regarding the buildings in the portfolio, called the Buildings Management Module.
