Proprius Recruitment Ltd offers a completely bespoke recruitment service within the I.T Security, Information Security and Risk arena. We are proud to have a combination of some of the largest and the more specialist companies in the UK as our clients. Over the last decade we have built and constantly developed an enviable database and contact network of candidates, a significant proportion of which are only registered with Proprius. They understand the specialist nature of our company and the work we do. Our candidates are professional and demanding and often not attracted by advertising, but by networking and word of mouth relating to the service they receive at Proprius. We have found that organizations often have difficulty identifying suitable candidates for these specialist roles and are frequently frustrated by the level of service provided by other suppliers, which tend to be more generalist I.T recruitment agencies. Our clients prefer to recruit using a niche agency, especially as the rates charged are very similar to that of a generalist supplier, whilst providing a ’Search and Select’ level of service in a contingency format. We are extremely competitive and able to deliver specifically to their needs! We are always pleased to hear from high-calibre individuals, although we would stress that we are not a high-volume recruitment agency.
