ProSource Capital was founded to provide a more transparent and ethical recruitment service. Our aim is to create a network where both clients and candidates are valued. Strengthening existing relationships in our network is an ideal we are consistently working on, this relates back to our fundamental belief that strong, long term relationships need to be fostered, in order to add value to all stakeholders. Our dynamic sales consultants work throughout Europe, specialising in IT and sales based roles. The consultants are hand picked by ProSource Capital to have empathetic, efficient and a robust skillset. This approach is adopted so we can provide clients with candidates who are not only able in aptitude but are well rounded individuals. We have focused on bridging the gap left by traditional recruitment firms, by prioritising the needs of both, candidates and clients over ourselves. As a result of our selfless attitude, we have become the preferred business partner to most of our previous clients and successfully maintained existing relationships. We encourage, both candidates and clients, to regularly provide feedback on our methodologies and performance.
