Prospecting Dynamics was formed to meet a need in the Automotive market, with a purpose of delivering market leading customer experience, and enhancing customer communications. Channels were created to support both dealer groups and manufacturers with their outbound contact strategies and efficient handling of inbound calls. In an industry where perception of brand is key and customer care can be the differential, all contact by telephone is crucially important. Working with a cloud based, highly skilled team of customer contact agents, Prospecting Dynamics enables our clients to increase their brand loyalty by retaining satisfied customers. We offer a range of services including finance retention, lost sale contact, service booking work amongst many others. At the end of 2020, Prospecting Dynamics branched out into a new service, which has since grown exponentially. Enquiry Management Analysis allows any company to have high visibility of the experience its customers receive when calling into the business by analysing actual customer calls and their subsequent progression through the DMS, and examines every touchpoint along the way. The service is designed to maximise the efforts and benefit of a company’s marketing spend, whilst ensuring that no opportunity is missed. Feedback is delivered promptly, meaning that if a customer is still in the market for a product or service, or a situation is still salvageable, then action can be taken, ultimately reducing lost sales for a business.
