We research, educate, and advocate for policies that direct the benefits of land and natural resources toward the common good—ensuring a fairer, more sustainable economy for future generations. Our work combines rigorous research with public engagement, shaping evidence-based policy reforms that address housing affordability, economic inequality, and sustainable urban development.
