Prospera is a boutique consulting firm specialized in strengthening employment promotion interventions across the globe. Our mission is to enhance the effectiveness of the public and social sector in facilitating people’s successful integration into the labor market, especially for disadvantaged groups such as youth, women and refugees. We work with governments, development agencies (e.g. World Bank, ILO, EU, GIZ), NGOs and other stakeholders to strengthen the policies, programs and institutions needed to facilitate people’s access to quality income generating opportunities. We offer strategic advice to high-level decision makers and operational guidance to implementers. Our services cover all steps of the policy process and project cycle, including diagnostics, project design, implementation support, monitoring and evaluation, as well as capacity building.
