ProsperWorks is a startup on a mission to help employers and employees prosper together. Our mobile app uses behavioral science to get employees aligned around key businesses drivers, and guide employees to take action to improve to the company, and earn bonuses tied to the value they create. We solve the problem of employee turnover and disengagement among hourly frontline workers. In the process, we expand economic opportunity for workers, and strengthen essential businesses. We envision a future where we not only build up the human capital of essential businesses as they operate, but also prepare them for future investment for when owners are ready to pass on their business. Through employee ownership, we will generate increased wealth for current owners and future employee-owners.
