PROStruction is a Full Contractor Site Management Solution. It combines Workforce Management (integrated with ievo scanning technology); Project Control & Top-down Oversight; and day-to-day Efficiency & Liability management for companies who use Contractors, Sub Contractors and Extended Construction Employees. Workforce: Security / Contractors / Payments Management ievo provide fingerprint scanner entrypoints to 86.9% of the top 23 construction companies. These scanning points are extremely effective, but they aren’t very intelligent by themselves – our software uses the scanner ID to run instant pre-defined background checks for the user (CSCS Card / Insurance / payment details / Tax), then logs the user's activity with time and date stamps. This allows workers to clock-in and out; removes any chance of mistakes on time-sheets; and allows for robust automation of payments. The solution also adds a new layer of security and protection for businesses: workers on site have the correct details, instant site rollcalls are possible, all documentation is verified. It also ensures that there are no 'red-flagged' workers on-site. Projects: Real-time Tracking / Overview / Documentation The projects section contains details of all active, completed and archived projects. Projects are assigned to users in the system, so management are able to clearly view all information and progress. This includes: all of the costing information for proper budget management; information and documents concerning all current (and past) concerns, HSE and variables (such as prelims) within the project. It also allows a top down view of all workers and companies currently involved in the project, including a log of all site activity.
