Protect-a-Pipe (Specialising in fire protection installation); with years of experience the director of Protect-a-Pipe recognised an area that required improvement in relation to the Fire Protection of support hangers within the industry. Protect-a-Pipe has designed, tested and certified products to meet the fire rated standards in accordance with AS 1530.4. Protect-a-Pipe has developed a solution to provide quality service and quality product, over the last 24 months we have been working hard to improve the method in applying the fire rated product by the use of moulds. As you will see in the photos below we apply the fire rated product typically like others, the only difference is – now visually appealing with nominated specific wall thicknesses and density controls based on the supplier’s guidelines which meet the standards.
