I've been a client of Steve's for the past 8 years. In that time I've had 2 Income Protection claims which Steve helped me through from start to finish. To have somebody to help with all the claim forms etc was a godsend. I had a work mate who had the totally opposite experience when he tried to make a small claim on a policy he bought over the phone.
