Proteris Compliance Solutions provides compliance services related to the sale and financing of voluntary protection products, including guaranteed asset protection (GAP), vehicle service contracts (VSC), prepaid maintenance plans (PPM), tire and wheel protection (T&W), key replacement, excess wear and tear (EWT), appearance protection, theft protection, and more. We review consumer forms and marketing materials for voluntary protection products on behalf of lenders to ensure compliance with applicable minimum business requirements (MBRs) as well as applicable laws in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. In addition to reviewing consumer forms on behalf of lenders, we offer services such as creating or updating minimum business requirements for lenders, consolidating consumer forms for providers, and reviewing marketing materials related to voluntary protection products.
