Proteusly works at the intersection of psychology, identity and avatar-based 3D environments. The focus lies on how virtual spaces and avatars can be used in learning, working and advisory contexts to support reflection, interaction and competence development. The work combines psychological research, higher education teaching and practice-oriented consulting. Avatars, virtual environments and AI are not treated as products, but as methodological tools embedded in carefully designed learning and working scenarios. Proteusly collaborates with universities, institutions and organisations to explore and develop reflective, inclusive and context-sensitive approaches to avatar-based practice.
