So in 2017 through 2019, we developed an entirely new way of thinking about how companies improve their experience for both their customers and their staff in a way that generates sustained revenue and growth. And at the moment, we help companies innovate on how they think about improving their customer and employee experience. And so just like companies think about how am I going to innovate on my product? ie they do research and development and build new features and platforms in order to gain a competitive advantage and increase market share. We do the same thing on the experience side, we call it Quantified CX. How are we going to build new customer and employee experience programs that customers want, scale them, and operationalise them so that companies can count on them to deliver in the future.
