With 20 years non-clinical outsourcing and project management experience gained through virtual and mid-sized pharmaceutical companies, the services we offer include: • non-clinical strategic planning to enable clinical development and product registration • assessment of programme budget and resource requirements • outsourcing contract negotiation and management including CRO selection and management • study management including protocol design, study monitoring and report review for toxicology, safety pharmacology and ADME studies • regulatory submission document writing • programme or project management We also assist with research phase pharmacology, screening toxicology and ADME,(lead optimisation through to development candidate selection) identifying appropriate CROs, designing and managing contracts/studies and assisting with candidate nomination.
