For over 30 years I have been active as freelance consultant specialised in program leadership, project- and change-management, working for multinational institutions across Europe to deliver value in strategic business transitions, ERP implementations or post-merger integrations PMP certified, I managed projects in agile, scrum, waterfall or hybrid forms, following both PMI and Prince II standards. I’m a people manager and fire fighter, often called upon to audit programs that are not delivering in order to identify and manage action plans to get things back on track. In 2022 I have switched focus on delivery of training services and leadership coaching in the areas of program leadership and project management. September 2023 I have launched the initiative to prepare interactive online training materials, free and against payment, of which this blog site forms part.
