Proven Gym is a Small Group Personal Training Gym based in Langdon Hills Essex. Small Group Personal Training is cost-effective, flexible, and supportive. You will benefit from the same level of attention to detail you would in a 1-2-1 while training alongside like-minded individuals. All of our Small Group Personal Training sessions are led by one of our expert coaches delivering industry-leading coaching. Each member will complete a 1-2-1 evaluation with one of our coaches before starting to make sure they get the most out of their SGPT sessions. Enjoy larger format classes too? We’ve got you covered with a variety of different Fitness Classes across the timetable. All members are able to complement their Small Group Personal Training sessions with our Fitness Classes to maximise results.
