At Provenance, we celebrate seasonal British ingredients, thoughtfully sourced from local farmers and producers. From our roots serving fast, wholesome food from an Airstream, to our award-winning restaurant Brix + Mortar and the countryside events space The Orchard Barn, everything we do is fuelled by a passion for wood-fired cooking and quality produce. Our daily changing menus are produce-led, built around what’s freshest and best from the market. Whether it’s a midweek feast, a long-table wedding, or a vibrant pop-up, we believe great food starts with great ingredients, and ends with people coming together to enjoy it.
