Provenance Land (formerly Magus Estates and Hotels) is one of India's oldest hospitality development groups. It was the first luxury developer to bring international 5-star hospitality to the country, including the Hyatt Regency and Four Seasons Hotel. From its very inception in 1980, the company has taken a unique approach in partnering with global leaders like Hyatt International and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in undertaking innovative and highly successful projects across multiple cities in India. Over the years, the group has gained a stellar reputation for the successful design and development of five Greenfield projects in India that are landmarks in their own right. We have always aimed at challenging established ideas and raising the bar with each new project. We are currently building a luxurious Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai in Worli with the globally renowned Four Seasons Hotel. Our key partners include world's #1 Architecture firm, Gensler. Our interior design partner is Yabu Pushelberg who has made a name for themselves in pushing the envelope when it comes to contemporary design.
